What's the name of this horror movie

It'sabout a woman reading a horror novel and the book's character comes tolife and he's in love with her, and he cuts his nose and lips and earsoff, every time she refuses to be with him. Then the villain kills a redheaded woman (chasing her through London I think?) and he injects herwith something as she's shutting the door to get away and then hescalps her and wears her hair to scare the woman who's reading the bookwhile she's on a bus stop.
It's the scariest horror I've ever seen - I'm sure it was calledsomething like hard cover?? But it had a different name in the USA andthe UK - can anyone help? It was directed by a guy who was top of thegame in horror movie gore effects as well I think...I turned it offhalfway through cos I was so scared and would love to see if I couldsit through it again. I bought a copy of FC in 1988 IIRC - it had a wide arched mattig kitted Opel Manta on the cover and a Mini dyno shoot out.

Ok so back story

I have been away for a while and when I returned home...this was the total crap that I found on the radio and on top of all Canadian charts!
I have to say I have never been sooooo disappointed in my life!

Who in their right mind gave these talentless little BOYS air time???
the song is actually powerful....it almost instantaneously gave me a migrane!!

I've had the hankering for some good, high quality Cuban/Latino/Salsa music for quite a while now. I'm thinking the upbeat festive stuff with guitar and horns and what not. For examples, listen to the stuff in the TV show Dexter during like, the bar scenes etc. Also, slower, quirkier stuff like what's in the intro to Dexter would be cool too.

I just heard some of Beethoven's ninth symphony and realized I want it. What's a good and/or classic recording of it that I could pick up.

Just for reference I know dick about classical music, the only thing I listen to is the Messiah, which I basically know by heart (and yeah, I know it's baroque technically)

so right now my favorite pop artist is Carly Patterson, You might no the name bc she is an Olympic gymnast. Well she has a new cd coming out and i'm super stoked for it! Everyone should check her out, kinda reminds me of a Miley Cyrus type of sound. Let me know what you guys think and tell me who your favorite artist is!

Windows 7 doesn't include as many built-in applications as Windows XP/Vista did. It no longer comes with Windows Mail, Movie Maker, Photo Gallery, or Messenger. Microsoft includes the newest beta version of Internet Explorer (IE) with Windows 7, IE 8.0 beta. Rendering of Web pages has been improved with IE 8 beta due to improved compatibility with Web standards. There is a new feature in IE 8 called Suggested Sites. Question regarding stock photos and copyright

I'm a little unsure about copyright when it comes to images you pay for on sites such as iStockphoto and Fotolia. Say you design a site for someone else, you buy the photos from one of these sites using your own account. You then use them on the site you're building.

Is this legitimate, or do you need to have the website owner create an account and buy the images themselves? Seems a very awkward way of doing it. If not, how do these companies know that the images have been paid for, and are not stolen?
