Can you tell us like your street name, or town, area, anything like that?
I think its cool to base it off of something about your particular area.
I named mine Haunted Hills Cemetery because there is a hill int the front and back off our house.

We were 'the Last house on the Left' because well, we were the last house on the left.

We go the last name route: 'Zahn Manor.' I think it's always best to try to tie in something about your house, location, or haunt if you can.

Well, the name of your haunt could be related to your overall haunt theme, if its a consistent theme or layout/setup, particularly if you have a good back-story or history written up for the haunt. Or for example, a main haunt character that becomes the center of the story about your haunt. Think of this approach as "setting the scene" in a play. Basically we are all putting on a show for the kids. Setting the proper mood for the spooky atmosphere you are creating is important.
To deliver the "story" or "haunted history" about your haunt, you can have a live or recorded narrator that is the greeter and introduces them to your haunt; like the Ghost Host for Disney's Haunted Mansion.
