... what a disco ball in an aluminum foil covered room would look like?? Has anyone done this or have any thoughts on it??

I read somewhere online about an aluminum foil room and I just ordered a disco ball so I thought what if I threw em together.... lol

Why not try to make one on a small scale? Like inside a closet, and use a miniature disco ball, like a christmas ornement? Better than investing in all the materials, if it turns out to be less than expected.

that is a TON of aluminum foil wow. Better get lots of tape too.

Does anyone remember in Pee Wee's Playhouse how he had all those little sheets of mylar that were nailed lightly to the wall, so the slightest breeze would send them fluttering? A disco ball would look great on that..or one of those mylar "curtains" you can buy at a party store.

I am thinking about turning one whole side of my front porch into a black act, like they used to have in spiritualist's days, with the flying tooting horn, floating ghost, etc. Peeps were so impressed with my disimbodied head..the only thing that ruined the effect was the white front porch wall.
A few black lights and the polyester fabric hung up- I think it will look great. I just gotta develop an "act" to go with it.
And an "out" in case some 6 year old STILL wants to kick my ass next year....LOL.
