Just wanted to update everyone on some changes taking place around here.
Crypt Chat:
First off we merged our forum with the Crypt Chat chat room to bring even more haunt resources together! You might have noticed the link for it at the top right of the page. Also at the bottom of our main forum page it will show who is in the chat.
My Profile Space:
Another upgrade we did was recently enhanced our user PROFILES. Essentially if your a new user as of today on you will not notice much as you will know no different LOL! For existing users you might of noticed your PROFILE option at the top right has changed to MY PROFILE SPACE, when you click on that for the first time you will have the option to create/setup you PROFILE SPACE. Once created your old profile will no longer be used.
The new PROFILE SPACE is like MYSPACE.com where you can have friends, bulletins, customize the look,color,graphics, etc. It also has a full picture album (details on that below).
Coming soon, I will turn on blogging so you will also have a blog on here to go with your profile.
Album:
This is also a new feature you might have noticed at the top right of your page a link for it. Album lets you create an ALBUM(s) to upload your photos to and they will be accessible through your MY PROFILE SPACE. You will be able to apply special effect filters to peoples photos, rate photos and more! Basicly it is like a miniture PhotoBucket or type service.

Okay this has been a HUGE issue for the past couple of month. We have been trying to keep up with this and I thank ALL my moderators as they have been doing a great job! Today we also emplimented some code additions and changes to help stop at least 75%-95% of the spammers before their nasty posts even show up.
Why the sudden jump in spam? Simple we are more visible on the google searches and the spambots have found us and targeted us. So now we are at war!! LOL Guess you could say "Our current spam threat level is at ORANGE!"
Anyways those are a few of the changes and improvements on a long list that has been long neglected by myself. (Sorry but with family and our business I have little time, though I am changing that for 07!)
